| Who do we offer help to? |

|
The group is for parents of pre-school children, from birth to four years, who may be experiencing a difficult time and in need of friendship and support. The children are looked after in a safe and fully equipped creche which is staffed by an experienced and caring team, who not only organise lots of fun but also provide many other activities to stimulate the children. Parents are then able to take a break and think about themselves. |

| How do we help? | ||
Parents can if they wish take the opportunity to share concerns about themselves and their children. Help can then be offered on a confidential bases to overcome issues or concerns. All of the groups staff are trained and experienced in dealing with all maner of familly issues. On occasions speakers are invited to come and speak about specific issues identified by the group. We also organise outings and fundraising events where the whole family can enjoy something different. |

| How are we managed? | ||
We have a Constitution that is approved by all our main sponsors and a Management Committee that meets on a monthly basis, with weekly 'wash up'sessions. Formal meetings are held at least once a term and two family members elected by other members represent them at these meetings. |
