How to join the group
Referrals to join the group are either by a social worker or the individual parent's health visitor. However it is the group's policy never to turn away anyone in need of support; therefore a procedure of self referral operates where a needy family requires our help.
How much does it cost the families?
The group is entirely free. We will even arrange (at no cost to the families) to pick them up from home and return them after the session. If they are able each parent can give a contribution of 35p per session towards the cost of refreshments.
Where do we meet?
We meet at the Appletree Centre, (behind Romsey Library) telephone no. 01794 511927 on Monday mornings from 9.00am to 11.00am and from 11.30am to 1.30pm also at the Appletree Centre. There is also another session on a Friday from 12.30pm to 2.30pm held at The Appletree Centre.
